As Founder & Principal Consultant, Julie leads talent, people, and leadership development consulting for clients across sectors. She is an accomplished talent development and human resources leader who focuses on fostering positive work environments.

As an influencer in the HR and talent space, Julie frequently speaks to corporate and public audiences and the media on topics including leadership and advancement strategies, mentoring, equity, civility in the workplace, and organizational change.

She has been featured in top-tier media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Fortune. Over the course of her career, she has worked with many Fortune 500 clients.

In addition to her extensive consulting, research, and public speaking expertise, Julie taught as Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. Julie holds her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
